What's new?
So, what's new? any news worth yakking about? The guy next me keeps burping among making other lovely bodily noises. No one has respect for a woman anymore. Where is the gentleman that would open the door for me?? I love to be treated like a lady. I don't burn my bras, dangit..open the damn door for me! I will open it for a man, too, if the need arises. What's the big deal? People are becoming so nasty, so irritable lately. I smile at the women in the hallways here and over half of them give me a "whatever" look and look away. OR, worse they just look at me with a blank expression on their face. What do they want? Should I open my purse and hand them a 10 dollar bill so they will smile at me? I don't get it. Can't people just be nice anymore? My dad used to tell me I was "too nice." That people are "not going to be as nice to me" and I should "harden up a bit." I shrugged it off. Now, I wonder if I should've listened to him...Post to my next blog, please? I need a friend....

My mom said that I was to nice too and that I should speak up about things, but I hardly ever do.
But I have a comment to make about disrespectful people. I was in the computer lab last Wednesday night waiting for my class to start and there was this girl...or should I say half pig. We were sitting on complete opposite sides of the room and the girl was chowing down on some chips. She was sooo loud! And that's not the end, after she got done pigging out she started talking (loudly, in a foreign language) on her cell phone. So rude!! I had to leave because I would of probably went off on her if not.
I guess this post wasn't too nice. I probably should have just told her how rude she was and then maybe I wouldn't still be upset about it.
Heatherlyn, you are so funny! I would have said soemthing,too..like WE ALL PAY for this?? (class/college) LOL What I can't satnd are the students that walk into the libray (shhhhhh) talking loudly. Hello?? Thanks for the post!
